I prefer the one-Wiki-template-per-reference approach. It's flexible, and
it's safest, in particular if some reference is updated (if only for fixing
a typo).

If someone who knows how to create templates starts doing so, I am going to
copycat for those references that are exclusively in the RDF-Based
Semantics.
