Can we have linked icon on the wiki?

Both Bijan and Christine suggested to use icon in QRG

I agree and tried using icon. But the problem is, currently there is
no way in this wiki to create an icon with links to somewhere else.
The icon will be linked to the _icon file_ in the wiki. Can somebody
install the linked icon extension [1] to the wiki? thanks
