I objected to closing this last week because Elisa write [1]:

      I've only addressed through section 2, ....  I'll follow up with
      additional feedback on the remaining sections over the next couple
      of days, given travel constraints.

Given that, it seemed appropriate to keep the action open until Elisa
did the rest of what she said she was going to do.
