changed old "OWL" to "OWL 1" in RDF-Based Semantics

Hi (reviewers of the RDF-Based Semantics in particular)!

I can see that several of our documents now refer to the old OWL spec by "OWL 1". So I have adjusted the RDF-Based Semantics as well.
