I have a lot to say about how we're handling References, to make sure
they are consistent and accurate, and not increase the workload on
editors, but looking at the schedule of the next two weeks, I think I'm
going to have to let go of it for this round. What we have (even with
the editors being in the wrong order, in Overview -- sorry, Christine)
seems good enough for the next round of Working Drafts. (For OWL 1, I
spent some very long days cleaning up the references when we went to PR
and REC; I don't want to wait that long here, but as it turns out RIF
and OWL are both trying to get to LC2 in the same week, so I'm a little
busy.)
