Re: preview drafts

Profiles and Test and Conformance are new, so SOTD ought to reflect that,
rather than deltas.In addition, Syntax, RDF Mapping, XML Serialization
reflect new features for annotations, versioning.

Are there area that we want to emphasize that we want feedback on, for
example conformance?
