I wonder if it might be a good idea to suggest (non normative)
different file extensions for different OWL serializations. Perhaps
something like:

RDF/XML .owl (legacy)
OWL/XML .owlx
Manchester syntax .owlm
Functional Style Syntax .owlf

?
