There have been references to Jie and Peter, both within EdNotes and by
Review Notes. I have:

  * Changed all review notes into EdNotes, editing the text a bit, but
without significantly changing the content.

  * I have removed all references to concrete people's names, using generic
formulations such as "it has been proposed..."

  * In the particular case of a larger statement by Peter, on the question
how to address n-ary datatypes in OWL 2 Full, I have also removed the link
to his email. This point is of particular importance, and I did not want to
forget about it, so I have moved it into my "Full Wiki Issues list":
