I'm afraid there are further problems with formatting: &nbsp; has not been preserved correctly. Take a look at the first "Example"
box in Section 3. In the Wiki version, the ontology elements are indented properly, which has been done through &nbsp;. In the
drafts, however, the ontology elements are not indented.

Similarly, &lang;, &rang;, &isin; and similar symbols have not been preserved correctly either. Section 4 is largely unreadable
without it.

These drawbacks should be fixed before the document can be published. I'd like to take a look at them again before the documents are
released.
