Following up on discussion in today's telecon, I wanted to provide
links for people interested in the use of rdf:XMLLiteral in OWL-S [1],
where it can be used to specify conditional expressions.  The process
ontology includes the text

"Preconditions, Effects, and Result conditions are Logical Expressions
represented in DRS or SWRL or perhaps KIF that are 'quoted' by their
encapsulation as XMLLiterals."

For an example see [2], the condition beginning at line 365.
