DL-Syntax document: editorial bug

Hi Boris!

I found a small bug. In the first paragraph of section 2.2 of the FS
document:

    "OWL 1 uses 
 -> Uniform Resource Locators (URIs) 
    to identify objects."

This is not what "URI" is an acronym for.
