Wiki gone haywire?

While composing an email on imports, I was having a look at the FS to  
RDF mapping. It turns out that there still is an omission in the RDF  
to FS mapping: owl:Ontology descriptions (including imports and  
annotations) are not mapped back to the FS (this was my ISSUE-92).

This is really weird, as Boris has already fixed this and the issue  
was closed (cf. [1,2]).

What's going on here?
