ACTION-70 More use cases for punning

I have extended the wiki page on punning [1] as follows:

* I included an additional use case that emerged from our experiences with 
Semantic MediaWiki

* I changed the headings for all use cases to clearly indicate the kind of 
punning required.

* I changed the order of use cases according to the kinds of punning they use.

* I added various references.

This completes ACTION-70 (sorry for missing out yesterday -- Karlsruhe was out 
of power for 90min in the evening, crashing most of our IT infrastructure).
