Action-73 Description of UML Association Class and how it may relate to Class/ObjectProperty punning

I have added a description of UML Association Class into the punning 
page as a class of use for
OWL Class<->ObjectProperty punning.  See 
http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/Punning#Class.2FObjectProperty_punning_and_UML_Association_Class
.  Conrad and I are going to explore some specific use cases to better 
understand how punning may support this
modeling pattern.
