Re: publicity page

We used this as a means to organise our efforts in publicising the  
FPWDs (see http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/Teleconference.2008.01.09/ 
Minutes#FPWDs_should_be_announced_widely). It has now served its  
purpose.
