A provisional agenda can be found in the usual place [1]. As you can  
see, we propose to continue the OWL Full discussion as this is quite  
closely related to fragments and is linked to several unresolved issues.

Please let Alan or me know if you want to suggest any additions or  
changes to the agenda.
