Hello,

I've addressed Rinke's comments in the XML Syntax. The order of all elements is now *exactly* the same as in the Syntax document.
Furthermore, I've introduced element groups for tagging interfaces such as ObjectPropertyAxiom from the structural spec. Finally,
I've fixed the comments and the document seems to validate properly now (perhaps this is a new Wiki version?).

I haven't addressed the clarity issues in the introduction, though.

Thanks again for these comments!

Regards,

	Boris
