Re: Homework, updated submission

It is probably better to *not* call this "Submission".  (W3C might get
mad at you.)  How about calling it "OWL 1.1"?

Actually, it probably would be even better to have two links, one called
"Submission" and one called "OWL 1.1".  I note that the charter defines
the starting point as the submission, i.e., a fixed set of documents,
but also refers to the OWL 1.1 issues list, which is not.

Actually, even better ....
