I've started a page giving information about the tools we are using  
for assisting our process

In particular, it would certainly save some time if people who are  
planning to attend take some time before the meeting to ensure that  
they can use IRC - the firefox plugin documented there is the easiest  
way, IMO.

Please send me any comments or questions about these tools so I can  
address them as I update the page.
