Re: ISSUE-54 (Entities as Triples): Translation to Triples missing for entities in RDF mapping

Ah, that makes it a lot clearer indeed. I was not aware that these  
entities will never appear on their own. Perhaps we could simply make  
this fact more prominent in the syntax document.
