Hi,

I propose to link the Overview document from the 'drafts' menu of the  
wiki. At the moment, all other documents that were moved over from the  
OWL 1.1 submission are listed there and there's no reason the Overview  
shouldn't.

Secondly, the references to the OWL Syntax and Semantics documents [1]  
in the overview point to the Google code versions. Shouldn't these  
point to the current drafts on the OWL WG wiki?
