RE: ISSUE-91 (ontology properties): Spec lacks ontology properties (compatibility with OWL 1.0)

Hello,

In OWL 1.1, ontology properties were superseded by ontology annotations. That is, the things that you were able to do in OWL 1.0
using ontology properties you can do now with ontology annotations.
