I recall discussion of DLP being less useful than Horn-SHIQ.  I do not
recall a proposal to delete it.  Was there consensus on this?

Despite its inexpressivity relative to Horn-SHIQ, it is very similar to
the RDFS 3.0 proposal [1] and, as such, may have value to some WG
members.
