I'm not sure I fully understand this issue, but to the extent that I  
do understand it I believe that it is already addressed by OWL 1.1's  
extended capabilities w.r.t. datatypes.

If this is the case then I would like to close the issue as being  
RESOLVED.

If not, then can someone explain why not?
