3rd Call for OAEI 2016 Systems + prize and special issue in JBS

--Apologies for cross-posting--

This is the third call for systems for the 2016 edition of the Ontology
Alignment Evaluation Initiative (OAEI):
http://oaei.ontologymatching.org/2016/

Since 2004, OAEI has been supporting the extensive and rigorous evaluation
of ontology matching and instance matching techniques.

This year we will have two new tracks (Disease and Phenotype, and Process
Model Matching) and new datasets with respect to some of the last year
tracks.

NEWS: PRIZE AND SPECIAL ISSUE
------------------------------

Authors of (1) the best biomedical-themed papers, (2) system papers with
competitive results in the OAEI biomedical-themed tracks, and (3)
biomedical-themed dataset descriptions will be invited to submit an
extended version of their contributions to be considered in a special issue
of the Journal of Biomedical Semantics (JBMS):
http://jbiomedsem.biomedcentral.com/.

The Pistoia Alliance Ontologies Mapping project (
http://www.pistoiaalliance.org/projects/ontologies-mapping/) team will
organise the Disease and Phenotype track and
will sponsor a prize of $7,500 for the winner of this track.

Registration of tools/interest in participating: deadline on June 30th!
