Collections of OWL Metrics?

Does anyone know of any libraries of code for calculating OWL metrics,
particularly ones written using the owlapi?

Apart from the usefulness of the metrics themselves, I'm interested in
gathering some data on the patterns of access to axioms etc. to see whether
some ideas for improving indexing work work for these patterns.

I'm also interested in any reasoner task performance estimation code (which
presumably needs to calculate several such metrics), since kind of code has
some soft real-time constraints - the time taken to select a reasoner
should be less than the maximum difference in time taken to perform the
task.
