Which API ?

Hi,

I have a abstract idea about a project. In my project, I want to have an OWL
ontology, SWRL rules, and may be
queries which I want to use in a java program.

In order to realize this idea what API or framework I should use, such that
I can use reasoning power of OWL, SWRL,
and possibly query over the asserted knowledge.
