OWL: Experiences and Directions 2009 Initial Announcement

The 2009 OWLED workshop will be held in the Washington, DC, USA area, in
late October, adjacent to ISWC 2009.  This is just an initial
announcement of the general time and location of the workshop; details,
including chairs and exact venue, will be determined over the next few
months.
