OWLED 2008 DC Submissions

For those of you struggling to get your OWLED submissions in on time,
particularly because of the common OWLED and DL deadlines, sending in a
title and abstract by early 18 February with the rest of the paper to
follow by noon EST on 19 February will be acceptable.  

As mentioned before, potential attendees to the workshop who have not
submitted regular papers are encouraged to submit short statements of
interest.  Statements of interest can be sent in after the deadline for
regular submissions.   Submitting statements of interest as early as
possible will help in better organizing the workshop.
