You attended an "interim" OWLED. We got out of step with ISWC and  
would have left something like a 16 month gap between OWLEDs. The  
participants in OWLED 2007 decided it would be good to have a  
bridging event.

I think we call the DC one OWLED2008DC :) Think of it as a "profile"  
of OWLED ;)
