last call XML Schema Component Designators design doesn't match DAML+OIL datatypes design

I just sent a comment about lack of barename support in the
last-call version of XML Schema component designators.

If you want the DAML+OIL design for XML Schema datatypes standardized,
you need to let the XML Schema WG know by sending mail to
www-xml-schema-comments@w3.org .
