JS Broken?

When I look at 

http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/REC-owl2-new-features-20121211/

the three buttons under
http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/REC-owl2-new-features-20121211/#Features_.26_Rationale
do not work (i.e. I click on them and nothing appears to change)

My environment is: Mac OS X 10.8.3 Safari, Firefox or Chrome

However, the previous version:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/REC-owl2-new-features-20091027/ 

does work for me
