Apparently, the file [1] is still broken. It contains:

<rdfs:rdfs:comment>
  [...]
</rdfs:rdfs:comment>

Moreover, the "system classes" (as Holger call them) are still instances 
of owl:Class, while he subliminally suggested that they should be 
instances of rdfs:Class.
