datatype rdf:XMLLiteral

Hello,

In OWL 1, rdf:XMLLiteral is a built-in OWL data type. In the current
version of the OWL 2 specification the data type is not there.
I assume this is an omission?
Omission of the datatype in OWL 2 seems to break backward compatibility.
