[ortc] Should "numChannels" become "channels" as in WebRTC?

ibc has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ortc:

== Should "numChannels" become "channels" as in WebRTC? ==
In WebRTC [RTCRtpCodecParameters](https://w3c.github.io/webrtc-pc/#dom-rtcrtpcodecparameters) there is `channels` rather than `numChannels`.

Should ORTC update it to be in sync?
