Given the definition of IdP is still in flux, should we plan to define it as a separate interface object, i.e. not as a method or extension to the current transport interface? Similar to the RTCStats interface in the spec, the new IdP interface can take a transport object as input when the app needs to retrieve the IdP info from the specific transport. Thoughts?
