Hi,

I don't see a mention to ICE-Lite in the draft so I wonder whether a
ORTC endpoint is supposed to accept a ICE-Lite peer or not and, if so,
how can we tell a ORTC endpoint that the remote peer does not support
full ICE but just ICE-Lite (so the local peer must be the ICE
controlling).

Any thoughts?
