I thought it was ... via the info-URI namespace (IETF RFC 4452, 
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4452.txt) as noted by the DOI FAQ, 
http://www.doi.org/faq.html ... and of course DOI names can be expressed 
as URLs, this is the http://dx.doi.org/ resolver. Am I missing something?
