Slightly preference for <http://www.w3.org/ns/oa#>. My second choice 
would be <http://www.w3.org/ns/openannotation#>. My third choice would 
be <http://www.w3.org/ns/annotation#> ... as you see, my overall 
preference is for the hash pattern :-)
