Hi All,

Is there a standard way to represent user interface hints (tooltips)
and help text as annotations in XML Schema?
I have spent some time looking at various ontologies, schemas, etc.
but haven't found anything so far.
It seems to me to be such a common need, am I just missing it?

Thanks,
Tim
