Re: RDF version of oa and oax

Hi Reto,

Yes, we've reserved those names and we will be able to (as far as I
understand) put the definitions there, but haven't done so yet.  This is
because we know they will change (eg for State and today's discussion about
context/validOnlyWith) after the face to face in September.

They're currently available at:

http://www.openannotation.org/spec/extension/extension-schema.xml
