New version of data model and namespace

Hi,

I've just published updated versions of the Modelling Opportunity Data
specification [1] and the Open Active Namespace document [2].

The revised specification incorporates the changes from the last Editors
Draft [3] plus some additional changes based on feedback on that document.

Specifically:

* New properties including: oa:level, oa:isCoached, oa:meetingPoint
* Minor revisions / clarifications to definitions of oa:category and
oa:attendeeInstructions
* Added reference to the Publishing Opportunity Data Primer in the Abstract
* Clarified a few conformance criteria, e.g. things that publishers and
consumers *should* do
* Revised the section on Extending the Model to clarify approach to
versioning and reference the beta namespace
* Added references to the OpenActive Activity List and an example of using
it
* Added OpenActive Vocabulary to the formal references
* Fixed a few minor typos
