expressing lexicographic data using schema.org

Dear OntoLex Members,

It seems schema.org is not supporting lexicographic tags, and there are
many dictionaries and lexicographic resources online that need to be
supported. Do you know any initiative to extend schema.org in this
direction?
John referred me to this discussion

but it seems it was not continued.

The case we currently have is to embed structured data inside the HTML
(using RDFa or JOSN LD) for all lexical concepts and terms retrieved
in our lexicographic
search engine <https://ontology.birzeit.edu/term/attribute>.

I believe much of the terminology developed in OntoLex is relevant here. Any
suggestion or interest in this topic?
