Hi Elena, Lupe and Jorge,

   thanks for sending this. The document is great. I fully agree with 
Section 2.1. I have some issues with 2.2 that I will raise during the 
telco today.

But the document is definitely a great start.

Btw. I do not think that we should define the context to formally as any 
application might want to capture different contextual aspects.

The TranslationCategory could be captured as well by a subclass of 
"Translation" instead of by a property as you suggest.

Btw. I attach the document in question for easier reference of all the 
others on the list.
