Re: Use Cases

Either ways, in my opinion. 
LLD is one step behind practical applications wrt techniques such as NER etc. Therefore, the abstract use case of LLD is enough to motivate the related activities in the CG.
Nonetheless, we should benefit from defining concrete use cases where porting and linking are clearly important. For example, certain assumptions on the detail or precision, with which we want to design an ontolex ontology (or ontologies) can result useless when looking at the actual practice of porting, linking and using published lexica.
