Final Spec URLs

We have updated the ODRL spec URLs (on the community website).

The current version 2.1 specs are:

  http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/vocab/2.1/ <http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/vocab/2.1/>
  http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/xml/2.1/ <http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/xml/2.1/>
  http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/json/2.1/

The version 2.0 specs are now:
  
  https://www.w3.org/community/odrl/model/2.0/ <https://www.w3.org/community/odrl/model/2.0/>
  https://www.w3.org/community/odrl/vocab/2.0/ <https://www.w3.org/community/odrl/vocab/2.0/>
  https://www.w3.org/community/odrl/xml/2.0/ <https://www.w3.org/community/odrl/xml/2.0/>

The previous URLs used for V2.0 are now the “current version” urls (and will redirect to 2.1 specs)

  http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/two/vocab/ <http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/two/vocab/>

And we have added:

  http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/two/json/ <http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/two/json/>

The ODRL Ontology spec URLs are unchanged.
