Alapan, I think that is to the specs benefit - as communities will determine what is appropriate for their needs.

Also remember that "Party" is not only the "assigner" and "assignee", but can also be the "attributedParty" (eg a selfie monkey?), "payeeParty" (eg a paypal service), "trackingParty" etc...and any other role that a community requires.
