Apart from the text updates to the Definitions and Comments, please also be aware that the following existing actions are proposed to be removed:
 - Lend
 - Lease
 - Preview
 - SecondaryUse

Lend/Lease primarily _only_ apply to physical assets (although this is still in scope, it was not seen as useful as part of the "common" vocab).

Preview was seen as requiring greater clarity (as "short" is undefined) and better represented with an action+constraint eg (play for 5 mins).

SecondaryUse is also unclear (as it defines "other purposes") and better just to include those more explicitly in the policy.
