I would like to propose a single/flat namespace for the ODRL Ontology. The benefits are that it would be simpler to use/remember and would then be consistent with industry practice (like schema.org, where we would like to propose our semantics to in the future). The future evolution/versioning of the ontology will be thru the semantics of owl/skos and not by changing the URI each time. Does anyone object to this? Cheers...
