ISSUE-2: ODRL V2.0 - RDF Encoding
  - Proposal from Mo Roberts for ODRL Ontology well received
  - Feedback and comments welcome
  - Question - look at use of SKOS for documentation of Ontology (rather then Dublin Core)
  - Provide Human Documentation of Ontologies [RI]
  - Action2 close - this will happen when the owl schema is published on the w3.org site
  - Action3 - [AK] to provide feedback
  
ISSUE-4: OMA Issues
  - Remind Susanne to followup with OMA
  
ISSUE-5: Website Move
   - Completed. Archive now on w3.org
   
ISSUE-8: ODRL on Schema.Org
  - [RI] to contact Dan Brickley to ask for his position on the proposal

ISSUE-9: ODRL Media Type
  - [MS] to followup
  
ISSUE-12: Make asserting flexible values more flexible
   - Current Drafts for Model/Vocab/XML have been updated for Constraint Changes and new License term
   - [RI] to add links to show HTML-diffs between documents
   - Question - need to discuss how we version the specs and maintain updates over time (eg look at UBL [1])
 
ISSUE-13: Move to full W3C Working Group
   - We will propose to W3C Team to consider ODRL specs for formal W3C Working Group adoption

ACTION-8: Microdata Encoding of ODRL 2.0
   - Still open
   
ACTION-9: Profile descriptions - make them the same in the Model and Vocab specs
 - [RI] and [CL] to edit these sections and propose changes to the group.

 - JSON - Proposal from Jonas well received - continue discussion and use of JSON-LD
 - Virtual Goods+ ODRL Workshop in Koblenz on 19-20 Sept and will include  annual ODRL Community Group Meeting
 - Call for Papers due 22 April [2]
